Enquiry Form Data - 24-Hour Deletion Policy

Any personal data submitted through the enquiry form on our website is treated with
particular care. Specifically:

  • Enquiry form data is stored for a maximum of 24 hours from the time of submission.

  • After this period, the data is permanently deleted from our systems.

  • This data is used solely to enable us to respond to your enquiry.

  • It is never used for marketing, profiling, or passed to any third party.

If you would like us to respond to your enquiry, we recommend following up directly by
phone or email if you have not heard from us within 24 hours, as your submission will no
longer be retained in our system.

Our Legal Basis for Processing

Under UK GDPR, we rely on the following lawful bases to process your personal data:

  • Contract - to perform services you have engaged us to provide

Any third parties with whom we share data are required to handle it in accordance with UK
GDPR and are subject to appropriate data processing agreements where applicable.

How Long We Keep Your Data

We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was
collected, or as required by law. Our general retention approach is:

  • Enquiry form data: deleted within 24 hours (see Section 4)

  • Client engagement records: retained for 6 years following the conclusion of an

  • engagement, in line with standard professional practice and potential legal

  • requirements

  • Financial records: retained for 7 years in accordance with HMRC requirements


When data is no longer required, it is securely deleted or destroyed.

Your Rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the following rights in relation to your personal data:

  • Right to access - you can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you

  • Right to rectification - you can ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data

  • Right to erasure - you can ask us to delete your data in certain circumstances
