How SG67 Works

5 Steps to Getting the Outcome You Deserve

Step 1
Contact Us
Submit your details via our contact form or call us.
Tell us briefly what's happening...there's no wrong time to reach out.

Step 2
Free 45-Minute Consultation
Our trusted team of nurses review your situation by phone, Teams, or in person. They will give you an honest assessment of whether your case is likely to succeed before anything is agreed.

Step 3
Case Assessment
If SG67 takes your case forward, all relevant medical and care records are reviewed including assessment documents, and correspondence. Our task is to identify errors, missed needs, and grounds for challenge.

Step 4
Active Advocacy
Our team attends assessments, prepares appeal submissions, liaises with the ICB, and handles all correspondence. You do not have to navigate the system alone.

Step 5
Resolution
Your case is concluded with a clear outcome - and where successful, NHS care funding secured. We will always tell you exactly where things stand.
Our Services
From first assessment through to retrospective claims - SG67 handles every stage of the CHC process.
01
For families where someone is rapidly deteriorating or approaching end of life.
02
The checklist is the first stage, and where many families are incorrectly screened out. We prepare you, attend, and challenge any domain that's been under-scored.
03
We attend the MDT meeting as your advocate, challenge under-scoring across all 12 care domains, and help establish the primary health need that unlocks full NHS funding.
04
If CHC funding has been refused or withdrawn, you have the right to appeal. We manage the full process.
05
Paid for care that NHS should have funded? We investigate and pursue backdated claims going back up to 14 years. Handled on a no-win, no-fee basis.
